Terms of Use

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Welcome to Fetchlio. These Terms of Use set the rules for accessing and using our free tools that help you inspect public video metadata — such as tags, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and related fields — and, when configured, request supported YouTube downloads. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service provides

Fetchlio is a human-facing helper for research and small workflows. You paste a public URL; we attempt to return publicly available metadata in a readable card. Support varies by platform because each company exposes different fields. Results can be incomplete when a video is private, deleted, region-restricted, or when an upstream API omits data. We do not guarantee that every link will extract successfully, that every field will appear, or that packaging on a competitor’s video will never change after you export a snapshot.

Acceptable use

You may use Fetchlio only with links you are allowed to view and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the tools to bypass privacy settings, scrape at bulk automated scale that harms the service or third-party APIs, redistribute copyrighted media without permission, or misrepresent another creator’s work as your own. Tag and thumbnail research should inform original packaging — not enable spam, fraud, or copyright infringement. If download features are available, use them within copyright law and platform terms where you live.

We may rate-limit requests, temporarily block abusive traffic, or change capacity to protect the service. Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security controls is not allowed. Building a commercial product on top of our UI as a substitute for official platform developer programs is outside the intended use of this site.

No warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetchlio disclaims warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Metadata can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Downstream platforms may change APIs without notice. You are responsible for verifying important facts against the live page when accuracy matters for a client, pitch, or publication. We are not liable for decisions you make based on extracted fields, for lost profits, or for indirect damages arising from use of the site, except where the law does not allow such limitations.

Intellectual property

The Fetchlio name, logo, layout, and original written guides on this website are our intellectual property or are used with permission. Video content, thumbnails, and metadata you inspect remain subject to the rights of their owners and the platforms that host them. Do not copy another creator’s thumbnail art or description wholesale into your own uploads.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms of Use as features evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms, reports of misuse, or other legal inquiries can be sent to malikjameel0012@gmail.com. For how we handle URLs and device storage, read our privacy policy.
